Photography competition is back! Are you ready?
Theme: Silhouette
Silhouette photography is an art to convey drama, mystery, emotion and mood to the viewers of your photos. It often stand out in an album because of its simplicity and the story that it conveys, giving freedom to the viewers to imagine the story behind it. Although it is often associated with portraits, but there are other forms as well.

How to enter
Simply email your photos to ppmc4all@yahoo.ie (maximum 2 photos per person and only send YOUR OWN PHOTOS, pictures sent by other people under your name will not be considered) before midnight of 6th January 2015 .
In the email, include your full name, course, photo title, and 20 words max of photo description (story behind it, relatable quotes, poems, etc)

Here's a more interesting part: 40% of judging marks will be determined by viewers.
All of photo submissions will be uploaded to Cork Malaysian Student Association Facebook page, and the number of likes your photo(s) get will contribute to 40% of judging marks. However, the identity of contestants will be anonymous to avoid bias. Viewers (can be anyone, not necessarily PPMC members) are given 1 week (until midnight of 13th Jan) to like the uploaded photos before the number of votes are finalized. The rest of 60% professional judging marks are made based on the closeness of the photo to the theme, and your creativity.
The best 3 photos will be crowned as winner (thus having 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) and will be given mystery prizes.
Rules
1) This competition is opened to all PPMC members.
2) Maximum of 2 submissions per person.
3) Photos can be taken using DSLR, compact digital camera, phone camera etc.
4) Only minimum editing is allowed.
